Absolutely great and perfect hotel with affable stuff that has given to me and my family a very great service from the very first, really enjoyed our staying. The location was marvellous in Jababeka industrial area.

The variety of restaurants offered different cuisines to satisfy my taste buds. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, including hot dishes and made-to-order eggs. The large and comfortable bedroom exceeded my expectations, and the hotel's appearance was impressive. I enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and the hotel's amenities for children. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of Japanese, Chinese, and Western foods. the fitness room and swimming pool were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations.

One thing to note is that like many hotels in the area, the infrastructure around the hotel is somewhat lacking.

The hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby and easy access to public transportation.

That the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, which made it difficult to get to our room at times. the pool area could have been better maintained.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area and offers a lovely pool. the staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They surprised us with a cake and birthday amenity. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, making it difficult to access. the food selection was limited, and the placement of halal and non-halal food together could be improved.

We loved the spacious rooms with great facilities such as fitness room and onsen. The pool was very enjoyable and family friendly with provided toys. Breakfast was okay and staff were nice. Convenient location near a convenience store in the industrial area.
